In 2012, Angela Romero was elected to the Utah House of Representatives. Richard Jaramillo served as her original campaign manager in 2012 and has advised her campaign periodically since. Richard developed the campaign strategy (communications, field, and finance), designed and produced the campaign's literature, website, and social media content while providing ongoing political consulting, fundraising and speech writing services outside of election cycles.
