Richard Jaramillo served as campaign manager for Billy Palmer's campaign for Salt Lake City Council in 2021, directing all field, communications, and finance operations. Richard designed all graphics, written communication, and digital content for the campaign. This included logo, campaign literature, direct mailings, website, and social media.
